As the role of pets in the family is increasingly reinforced, the consumer industry has had to adapt to our changing needs; healthcare included. A growing number of employers are recognizing the importance of health insurance for the whole family; that means spot and sparky as well. The Society for Human Resource Management expects the likeliness of these benefits to increase by 10 to 15 percent in the next two to three years.
